  16.      _e_n_a_b_l_e activates the named _p_r_i_n_t_e_r_s, enabling them to print requests
  17.      taken by _l_p(1).  Use _l_p_s_t_a_t(1) to find the status of printers.

  19.      _D_i_s_a_b_l_e deactivates the named _p_r_i_n_t_e_r_s, disabling them from printing
  20.      requests taken by _l_p(1).  By default, any requests that are currently
  21.      printing on the designated printers will be reprinted in their entirety
  22.      either on the same printer or on another member of the same class.  Use
  23.      _l_p_s_t_a_t(1) to find the status of printers.  Options useful with _d_i_s_a_b_l_e
  24.      are:

  26.      ----cccc            Cancel any requests that are currently printing on any of
  27.                    the designated printers.

  29.      ----rrrr[_r_e_a_s_o_n]    Associates a _r_e_a_s_o_n with the deactivation of the printers.
  30.                    This reason applies to all printers mentioned up to the
  31.                    next ----rrrr option.  If the ----rrrr option is not present or the ----rrrr
  32.                    option is given without a reason, then a default reason
  33.                    will be used.  _R_e_a_s_o_n is reported by _l_p_s_t_a_t(1).
